event photographers wanted

• You must own and maintain all of your own photography equipment
• You must be able to provide us with full-resolution digital images via FTP within 24 hours of the event
• You must obtain advanced permission from the venue owner before taking any photographs
• You must obtain advanced permission from each person appearing in a photo
• You will be offering a HudsonValleyNightlife.com business card to each person photographed
• Hudson Valley Nightlife, Inc. will retain the copyright for all images taken, however you may keep a watermarked copy for your own use
• We will give you photo accreditation in any combination of your: name, email address, phone number, and/or web site address. This is a great way to gain exposure for yourself!
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer a monetary incentive at this time
