Mystery at Mansion

It was Friday night and Halloween weekend was on the verge kicking off! Unfortunately, I was faced with a small dilemma. I had two choices on how to party that night. One would take me up to the party scene in Albany and rock the night away with my crew. The other would take me to Newburgh to party “strip club style” at Mansion Gentlemen’s Club. I’ve never been there on Halloween before so, after giving it some thought, I decided to check it out for a change of scenery.

I quickly came to the realization that all gentlemen’s clubs are not created equal. Mansion is classy, very classy; it’s like being in the VIP lounge of one of Manhattan’s hottest nightclubs. Right when you walk in your greeted by a huge stage that almost extends the length of the club. In front of that sits the bar surrounded by a generous amount of seats so it’s easy to be close the action. When I say action, I mean topless dancers busting some wild moves to the latest Hip-Hop tunes.

Adjacent to the bar was a lounge area with plush leather chairs and booths. I think you can guess what they are used for. The variety of changing lights acted as “icing on the cake,” giving Mansion a sort of a nightclub / lounge / relaxation vibe.

We got there early for dinner and it was impressive. We were led upstairs to a small dining area that overlooked the stage. On our way up, I noticed that most of the second floor served as another lounge area. It was lined with black sofas that wrapped around club in a U-shape. I kept saying to myself “This is high-class shit right here!”

The food was a little pricey, but they provided a wide selection of mouthwatering meats and seafood. I went with their pan-roasted NY Strip, which was cooked perfectly and was full of flavor. I never thought that I would eat a meal that tasted better than the Applebee’s Bourbon Street Steak, but Mansion’s beat it by a landslide.

I had a little more fun then I thought crumpling up one-dollar-bills and tossing them on the stage from the upper level, but I knew I couldn’t do that all night. After some more drinks and a round fireball shots with the owner, it was time to head downstairs for the official Mansion and Giggles World Halloween Party!

It was about 10 p.m. and there was already a small line outside the door and the place was getting hot quick. I did notice that there was a hell-of-a-lot more guys than girls, but hey, it’s a strip club after all!

The dancers were great! When they weren’t on the stage they spent the night mingling with the crowd and giving out something I called the “Giggles Goodie Bag.” I happened to get my hands on one and I was surprised to see what was inside. If you were lucky enough to get one, you just grabbed yourself some masturbation cream, sex lube samples, Giggles coupons, and a female sex toy. That’s like 20 bucks worth of stuff — not bad!

We had a hell of a time exploring uncharted territory by partying at Mansion on Halloween night. It was an excellent chance to lounge around, watch the action, and enjoy the night with some amazing people!
